# Governance Functions

Governance at Hord empowers the community to actively shape the platform's future. Via the [Hord governance forum](https://gov.hord.fi/) and Snapshot voting integration, HORD token holders can propose, discuss, and vote on key decisions. 

This can include: 

* Fee structures 
* Resource allocation
* Platform features
* Feature upgrades 
* Marketing activity

By actively participating, HORD token holders not only influence the direction of Hord but also contribute to its decentralization and long-term sustainability.
